This document was created in response to a call for a proposal. There were no restrictions on how to present the information to the client, so I merged both parties branding together to create this booklet. I was really inspired by the culture and pattern of living called “Florida Lowcountry,” a lifestyle that celebrates the land and is a way of community planning that encourages recreation, healthy living, and connecting with nature. I took my past experiences of magazine layout to create this piece to make a friendly and inviting approach. The pages were designed in an 11 x 17 landscape format to make the messaging appear larger than life.
